Total Hope OLD is the result of the crossing between the best mare in the world and the best stallion in the world.
Total Hope’s dam, Weihegold Old, was Champion of the Oldenburg Elite Mare Show in 2008 and with Isabell Werth, was the most successful dressage horse in the world. Weihegold won, amongst others, team gold and individual silver at the Olympics in Rio 2016, Individual and Team gold at the 2017 European Championships in Göteborg (SWE) and the World-Cup in Omaha (USA). In 2013, she won the Nuremberg Burgpokal final in Frankfurt, and in 2014, she won the Louisdor-Preis for potential Grand-Prix horses. She set new records in the Grand-Prix-Tour.
Total Hope’s sire was Totalis - who was double European Champion in Windsor in 2009, World Champion in Lexington in 2010 and set many world records ridden by Edward Gal.
Total Hope has the Grand Prix Genetics of his parents. In 2019, he won the Nuremberg Cup and in 2021, the Louisdor Prize, something that no other stallion in the long history of the two most important young horse competitions has ever achieved. For his piaffe, passage and tempi changes in the Grand Prix Final in Kronberg, the judges awarded scores up to 10, and gave him a total of 77.54 percent.
Puerta Del Sol has 5 foals by Total Hope, 2 colts (Szen and Sunny Jim) and 3 fillies (Serene Hope, Sophia and S’A Total Eclipse).
